Summer 2026 Housing Information
Planning to take classes this summer and live on campus?
The Summer 2026 Housing Contract is available in myHousing!
If you’re enrolled in at least 3 credit hours for Summer A/C or Summer B 2026, make sure to submit your Summer Housing Contract as soon as possible but no later than May 1, 2026.
Please note: Summer vibes only! Your summer housing contract ONLY covers summer. If you plan to live on campus for Fall 2026 – Spring 2027, you’ll need to submit a Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing Contract.
Rising Sophomores and Above
Students who are Rising sophomore students and above, will be assigned to Osprey Ridge for Summer A/C and for Summer B.

Approximately 480 bed spaces will be available for Summer 2026.
First-Year Students
First-year students, including Osprey First Summer Pathway Program participants, will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Crossings and Osprey Fountains for Summer B 2026 .

Approximately 950 bed spaces will be available for Summer 2026.
Things to Note
Housing and Residence Life will assign students based on contract submission date. The earlier a student fully completes all steps of the housing contract the higher priority the student has over students who contract at a later date.
Please note that the Summer Housing Contract is completely separate from the Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing Contract. If you plan to live on campus during the Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 academic year, be sure to visit our Fall Housing webpage and submit your Housing contract.
The Â鶹´«Ã½ Housing Contract does not guarantee a bed assignment or assignment to a specific type of accommodation (community, bedroom or apartment). Resident preferences are requests only – community, bedroom, apartment, occupancy and University's granting of roommate requests are not guaranteed.
Summer A
Summer A 2025 move-in for assigned residents will be Friday, May 8, 2026 via appointment. Information on the move-in process and how to schedule a move-in appointment for May 8 will be sent out via e-mail to assigned students on April 17, 2026.
Early arrivals will not be accommodated or permitted. If you need to be in the Â鶹´«Ã½ area prior to that date, please visit the for a list of accommodations.
Summer A 2026 move-out for students who do not have a Summer B housing contract on file will be Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 3 p.m.
Summer B
Summer B 2026 move-in for assigned residents will be Thursday, June 18, 2026 via appointment. Information on the move-in process and how to schedule a move-in appointment for June 18 will be sent out via e-mail to assigned students on June 1, 2026.
Early arrivals will not be accommodated or permitted. If you need to be in the Â鶹´«Ã½ area prior to that date, please visit the for a list of accommodations.
Summer B 2026 move-out for all students will be Friday, July 31, 2026 at 3 p.m.
- All students who have submitted a housing contract should monitor their Â鶹´«Ã½ e-mail account for updates from Housing and Residence Life.
- Please note, submission of a Summer 2026 Housing Contract does not guarantee Fall 2026 or future housing as it is a separate housing contract agreement. For Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 housing information visit the Fall-Spring Housing webpage.
