Ready to call Â鶹´«Ã½ home in 2026–2027?

Housing contracts are released by student status:

• Current Residents: Housing contract opened 11/3/25
• Incoming First-Year Students: Housing contract opened 11/17/25
• All Other Students: Housing contract opened 12/1/25

To live on campus:

1. Submit your housing contract in myHousing (first-year students pay a one-time $100 fee).
2. Interested in a Living-Learning or Theme Community (LLCTC)? Apply right after submitting!
   • The deadline for Rising Sophomores and Above to apply to an LLCTC is: February 16, 2026.
   • The deadline for First-Year Students to apply to an LLCTC is: May 1, 2026.
3. Don’t miss your room selection window! Submit your Housing Contract today.
   • First-Year students, the deadline is May 1.
   • Current students can still submit a contract to be placed on our standby list. Please read all the information on the Current Students webpage.
   • All Other students can still submit a contract to be placed on our standby list. Please read all the information on the All other Students webpage.
