Classification and Compensation

The Classification & Compensation (C&C) unit is responsible for staff compensation, position classifications and descriptions and rewards/recognition programs. C&C provides consultative services to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ leadership regarding appropriate compensation, organizational structure, and other position elements to strategically align with University and department objectives.
