Internships and other Real-World Experiences
Experiential learning is part of our DNA at Âé¶¹´«Ã½. Starting with the Fall 2025 class, every student will be guaranteed at least one experiential experience before they graduate, which may include an internship, research, study abroad or leadership opportunity.
Employment after Graduation
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is No. 1 in the State University System with the highest percentage of bachelor's graduates employed in Florida.
Environmentally Friendly Campus
Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s beautiful campus of nearly 1,400 acres includes a nature preserve and 11 LEED certified green buildings. Another 1,050 acres of wetlands along the Intracoastal Waterway are used by students and faculty for research and exploration.
Global Perspective
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students come from 49 U.S. states, one territory and 68 countries. In addition, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ offers numerous study abroad opportunities giving students a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
Community Engagement
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ holds the Community Engagement Classification from the Carnegie Foundation. Since 2019, students have contributed 3.2 million hours to the local community through community-based learning.
