Prospective Agents

Dear Agent,

We are very happy to hear that you are interested in working with the English Language Program at the Â鶹´«Ã½. 

Here is some general information about being an agent with our program.

Becoming an Agent

  1. Commission rates:
    • $850 (1 full semester - 13 weeks)
    • $400 (Half semester - 7 weeks)
  2. Agents receive commission after the student has paid their tuition for the semester in full.
  3. Agents who want to learn more about the program can visit the ELP homepage on our website.
  4. Â鶹´«Ã½ does not offer commission for degree-seeking students, but we are happy to connect your degree-seeking students with the appropriate contacts.
  5. To become a contracted agent with Â鶹´«Ã½ you will need to do the following:
    • Complete our Contract for Recruiting Services
    • Print, fill out, sign, then scan the following documents to Jane Braglia at j.braglia@unf.edu:
      • Tax Documents:
        • If you are a company: please complete the W-8BENE: 
        • If you are an individual: please complete the W-8BEN: 
      • Online Vendor Application Form

Information for Agents' Students

If you have a student who would like to learn more about the ELP, please have them visit the ELP Homepage. 

If you have a group that would like a special program, please contact Jane Braglia at j.braglia@unf.edu. 

If you have a student who is interested in applying to the ELP, please provide the following to j.braglia@unf.edu:

  1. Application Form
  2. Affidavit of Financial Responsibility
  4. Transfer Form (If they are transferring from another school in the U.S)
  5. Minor Consent Form (If they are 17 years old)
  6. A copy of the student's passport
