Spaces not listed are not available for reservations through the Student Union. 

Â鶹´«Ã½ student reservations for academic purposes must be made by the associated Department.

Rental Rates effective July 1, 2025

    Hourly rate is assessed from client's first access time until the final departure time.

    Add-Ons must be reserved in conjunction with a primary event space and may not be stand-alone reservations.

    Events only permitted on case by case basis with approval from Student Union Director in consideration of the values of both the event and the space.

    $75/ hr

    *Dedicated Staff Support for additional cost required if using Student Union A/V.

    Department is responsible for cost of port-a-lets, fencing, and security when required.
