Purpose

The purpose of the award is to provide scholarship funding for Â鶹´«Ã½ students.

Selection Criteria 

1.  Students eligible for such scholarships must:
   
   • Meet admission requirements and be accepted by the Â鶹´«Ã½
   • Reside in Florida for tuition purposes
   • Enroll full time with at least 12 semester hours in the Fall and Spring semesters
   • Be a junior or senior majoring in the B.A. in political science with a concentration in Public Administration and Public Policy, or minoring in Public Administration
   • Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0
   • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
   • Demonstrate financial need as defined by the University’s Office of Financial Aid, with preference to students who have worked or interned for a nonprofit organization or intent to upon graduation
   • Be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences
2. Students awarded this scholarship must also agree to:
   
   • Attend one Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary meeting to share about the impact of scholarship
   • Comply with all University regulations, rules, codes of conduct governing students on campus
   • Consent to release grades to the Division of University Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the donor
   • File FAFSA form with the federal government each year
   • Remain in good standing as a student
